... John Johnstone was straight down the middle and was not pushy. John did not adopt sales techniques that you felt were forcing you in a corner. The deal was done professionally and without fuss. The whole team was good but we came back for John because we felt he was trustworthy.

Some new cars I have bought the sales person had no idea where the car was, how long it was going to be and in one case the car did not have the optional extras installed - i had to bring it back. Melton did everything they said they would and delivered exactly on time to what we needed. This type of service does not come without the work going on in the back round so we appreciate what we received for service was well managed.

... Josh and other staff were very accommodating on the day of delivery, friendly, provided coffee and biscuits and as the rain started to come down Josh drove the vehicle under cover for us to collect that was very much appreciated.
...The Melton Toyota Showroom is a spacious and well presented building. Impressed with the grand piano sitting there so may give it a go at the next service.
... Josh has a very pleasant friendly manner and in dealing with us gave detailed information on the vehicles we took for a test drive without pressuring us one way or the other. When rung a week later he negotiated a price on our chosen vehicle to the satisfaction of both Toyota and ourselves so we were only too happy to deal locally instead of going out of town. ... The day we came to purchase our new car - our two young daughters aged 2 and 3 were with us. One of the guys from the office had purchased lunch for the rest of the staff. John brought out a bowl of chips for our girls. This was fantastic as i had not brought anything with me. We were able to complete paper work for the car in peace whilst the girls ate their chips. Fantastic service and very considerate of John to pick up that the girls could of quite easily become restless causing me get stressed.
... Yes of course. My final words for services and the way staff of Melton Toyota deals with its clients is that they are the best.Totally professional and a great company to work with.This was my 4th car from Melton Toyota so you can well imagine how good they are?
... (Brian made) Many phone calls to make sure everything was OK and understood, everything done as promised and very quickly, no problems at all. All staff very helpful and easy to deal with. A pleasure to do business with them.

The guys at Melton Toyota suggested that when it got to them they would do an assessment and to not think the worst . They came up with a great and quick solution and I was back on the road very quickly . Much quicker than I expected and for a fraction of the cost of what could have been a complete replacement of the engine. They were brilliant and completed the required regular service at the same time. I'm a very relieved happy customer and love the robustness of the Hilux .
