Toyota Kluger

The Toyota Kluger has got the mid sized SUV class pretty well sewn up. With a well equipped list of standard features which could have been optional extras, it's easy to see why the Toyota Kluger is proving more and more popular. 

Toyota Kluger is available in a KX-R, KX-S and Grande version and 2WD or AWD variants. The KX-R comes standard with 17 inch alloy wheels while the KX-S and Grande have 19 inch rims. The Toyota Kluger has a solid grounding and a sedan-like ride with an independent front and rear suspension set up. Other Toyota Kluger features include seven airbags, reversing camera and Vehicle Stability Control (VSC) across the range. All Toyota Kluger models are seven seaters however the KX-R can also be bought with five seats.  

The Toyota Kluger is spacious and versatile. Inside the cabin there is more room between the passengers and the rows. In the seven seaters the second row even slides to create more leg room. The Toyota Kluger cargo space is longer and the second and third row seats (if fitted) fold flat quickly and easily via levers in the boot to create a large practical space. The second row can also be converted from a three person bench seat to two captains chairs with arm rests providing access to the third row. The centre piece is then stowed away under the front row centre consol. What a clever Toyota Kluger! 

The Toyota Kluger is powered by an all alloy, quad cam 3.5 litre V6 dual

VVT-i giving 201kw of refined power. All models are equipped with five speed auto transmission with sequential shift. In regards to towing the Toyota Kluger can handle 2000kg braked and 700kg unbraked. Load up with the family and all the gear because the Toyota Kluger is willing and able! With six speakers, MP-3 compatile cd audio system with ipod jack entertainment is covered and in the Toyota Kluger Grande you get a DVD system as well.
