 President's Award
 Every year the Toyota President's Award is presented to those dealerships who have achieved exceptional levels of customer service in all facets  of        their business. In 2002 Keith Harrison and Melton Toyota were presented with this prestigious trophy in recognition of levels of excellence achieved.

 Sales Excellence Award
 2001(First year awarded by TMCA), 2002, 2003.

 Service Excellence award
 1985, 1986, 1987, 1990, 1991, 1992, 1996, 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2002,2003, 2004, 2005, 2006,2007.
 Assistant Service Manager Paul Morrow was a finalist in the Toyota Australia 'Service National Skills Contest' held in Sydney in 2003, 2005 and 2007.   Gerard Jacobs  won the 'Technician Skills Contest' in 2005.

 Gayle Tucker reached the national finals for the Customer Relations skills competition in 2007
